With an impressive 35 years in the collision repair industry, Luis has spent 26 of those years specializing in BMW vehicles. His unmatched experience and expertise make him a cornerstone of our team.
Sergio brings 21 years of hands-on collision repair experience. He is I-CAR Certified, ASE Certified, and trained with BMW, GM, and Lexus, making him a versatile and highly skilled technician capable of handling complex repairs with excellence.
Richard has dedicated 27 years to BMW, working with BMW North America, BMW dealerships, and BMW CCRC. His extensive background ensures our production process and parts management run with precision and efficiency.
With 12 years of automotive paint experience, Jovanni is BMW Factory Certified and a BMW STEP graduate. He also holds Colorsystem Paint Certification and Glasurit 100 Line Certification. Known for his dedication to flawless finishes, he lives by his motto: “Always aiming for perfection!”

Julio brings over 8 years of collision repair experience, including 4 years of specialized paint and prep work at a BMW CCRC shop. Skilled in paint correction, color sanding and buffing, and ceramic coating, Julio is passionate about cars and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
With 7 years of experience in the collision industry and a strong background in customer service, Yesenia is now growing into her role as an Estimator Apprentice. She is committed to ensuring customers receive clear communication and a seamless repair experience.
